Most of this runs on its own. The one job that is yours: after you finish work, send the customer your review link. That is what kicks off the Google review request. Type your website address below to get your link, then save it somewhere handy.

See your leads on your phone

When a customer texts you or fills in a form, it lands in one inbox. Quick walkthrough:

  1. Get the app. Download the LeadConnector app, or open the link we emailed you.
  2. Log in with the details we sent. Use the email and password from our email.
  3. Open Conversations. Every lead lands here. Tap one to reply from your phone.
Please note: do not create a new account. Always log in with the email and password we sent you, or you will start an empty account with none of your leads.

Edit your own website

You can change any text on your site yourself. Text only, so you cannot break anything.

  1. Go to your web address + /edit. The exact link is in your welcome email.
  2. Enter your password. The one we emailed you.
  3. Click any text, change it, hit Save. It goes live in under a minute.

Missed-call text-back

When a call comes in while you are on a job or driving and you cannot answer, the caller automatically gets a text from you: "Sorry I missed your call, what can I help you with?" The conversation carries on by text, so that customer stays with you instead of ringing the next business. Missed calls turn into booked jobs instead of lost money.

Instant text reply

The moment someone fills in a form or enquiry on your website, they get an automatic text straight back letting them know you have their details and will be in touch shortly. Nobody is left wondering if it went through, and you beat slower competitors who take hours to reply.

Automated Google reviews

After a job, your customer is asked for a Google review at the right moment. A star-rating step sends your happiest customers straight to Google, and quietly routes any unhappy ones to you instead of a public review. More reviews build a stronger Google Business Profile, which lifts your local ranking so more people find you over time.

Refer a friend
